The Business Cases

NEW VILLAGE INFRASTRUCTURE – The Host Country will enter into a contract with GDV whereby GDV commits to build and operate a local / national / international communications network supported by a distributed micro-power-plant system into every village in the Host Country that is now serviced by a school.

GDV will fund and operate this network provided that the Host Country grants GDV’s Work Service Contractors the exclusive franchise to automate (digitalize) all information generated on behalf of and by every local, provincial, and national government office in the Host Country.

Digitalizing information is the first “Money Crop” that GDV will build.

Today, most goods and services are acquired in the village through barter.  Introducing power and communications to the village will require the monetizing of barter so the medium of exchange can be transported to and from the village.

Money Crops are necessary in order to monetize the pent-up productivity potential of the village for the villagers themselves.  These include not only honey, produce, corn, and wheat but also raw resources that are locally beneficiated to create retail value goods and services.

For example, every villager grows cotton in many villages, hand-rolling the tufts into cotton threads, some of which are dyed, and then given to the village weaver to make into cloth to clothe and protect the population.  Through developing this process, the village can create a “money crop”.

Each “Money Crop” will be decided upon by the village, and this crop will be grown by all farmers in the village.  The “Money Crop” will be harvested and taken to market by the MPP Company which will be responsible for selling this crop and bringing the proceeds back to the farmers who will distribute that portion that has been exchanged for goods and services in the village.

Creating and selling Money Crops will be both agricultural and workflow based, as the succeeding pages  here illustrate.
