o   A butchering partnership with the livestock owner to prepare beef / port / fowl for retail sales

o   A storage service for purchased goods through short-term refrigeration & long-term freezing

o   A smokehouse service for meat preservation

o   A smokehouse service / or partnership for retail sales of smoked meats

o   A cooking partnership for the retail cooking of meat dishes.

The Butcher shop’s annual revenue in year two is about $13,021.50 and $66,924 in year five. The livestock owner’s annual revenue in year two is projected at $8,083.50, and grows to $41,316 in year five. GDV, which has loaned $7,200 in startup costs, receives 150% of this costs loan (or $10,800) out of 20% of the net revenue of the butcher’s shop.
